The article considers N.A. Nekrasov’s "Court" in the ratio with the message "To A.P. Lozovsky" by A.I. Polezhaev at the different levels: thematic, motivic, sphere of poetics (interaction of poetry and prose, romantic stamps and the lowered lexicon; parody use of "foreign" word). Those works brings together: an initial plot situation - court and imprisoned for "daring" works (but the the authorial position of Nekrasov is frankly polemical one in relation to the position of Polezhaev in the interpretation of the fate of the autobiographic narrator); connection of the personality confessional beginning with the elements of irony (self-irony), that often arises through the parodic use of "stranger" word, foremost Byron’s poem "The Prisoner of Chillon" in translation by Zhukovsky and poems of russian poets of the XIX century (Lermontov, Venevitinov, Kozlov), this creates a tragicomic effect, when a tragedy is not neutralized, but the author as though rises above a situation
Nekrasov, polezhaev, prison poetry, motive of capture, "stranger" word
