Jury trial

The article is devoted to the institution of the jury trial. In this article, the history of the Institute's development is examined. The question is considered: How justified is the involvement of jurors, that is, ordinary inhabitants, in the process of administration of justice? The merits and demerits of the existence of the institution of the jury are given.
