Judicial doctrine as a source of (form) rights

Purpose: In this article the author attempts to systematize accumulated to date case law that could be a source of (forms) of law. Methodology: The researchers built theoretical position on the method of materialist dialectics. Results: We propose the formation of a legal doctrine in the form of an official court document. Novelty/originality/value: The approach to systematize the domestic judicial precedents into a single legal doctrine formulated by the author for the first time.
