Judicial practice as a source of Russian criminal law

Current work is devoted to the problem of the sources of the criminal law of the Russian Federation. In the legal doctrine, discussions are held about the place of judicial practice in the Russian legal system. Although judicial practice is not currently an official source of criminal law, law enforcement officials are actively using it. Based on the positions of specialists in the field of law, it is necessary to find out whether judicial practice is used along with other sources of criminal law.
