The jurisprudence of the order of formation of the jury

In this scientific article the author studied and analyzed the judicial practice of the procedure of formation of the jury in the Russian Federation. The paper investigates the mistakes that are made in law enforcement practice in the selection of candidates for jurors. Some measures to improve the Institute of selection of candidates for jury are proposed.
