Case law in the mechanism of legal regulation of customs relations: some issues of interaction of supranational and national justice in the resolution of customs disputes

Author investigates the question of the interaction of supranational and national justice in the resolution of customs disputes. The case law of the court of the Eurasian economic Union and EurAsEC court in the context of its influence on the decisions of the courts of the judicial system of the Russian Federation was analyzed. As a result of the study, the forms of interaction of supranational and national justice in the resolution of customs disputes and the planned further development trends in the framework of this interaction were identified.
