Judicial psychological examination of the person''S awareness in the investigated event as a new type of expert research

The article illustrates that the judicial psycho-physiological examination with application of the polygraph is a new type of judicial psychological examination as to its essence, object-subject content and the methods of implication. It is the examination of a person's awareness in the event being investigated.
