Judicial reform of 1864 in the estimates of domestic and foreign scientists of the XIX-XXI centuries

In this paper, the views of scientists of three centuries on the results of the Judicial reform of 1864 are analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages of the reform are identified. A general conclusion is formulated about the significance of the Judicial reform of 1864 in the history of the Russian state.
