Judicial protection of the rights of a child in case of illegal use of his image

The article analyzes the norms that establish the methods of civil protection of a minor in case of illegal use of his image, and, above all, the norms of legislation that should be relied upon when building a line of proof. Attention is also paid to the consideration of legal relations arising from the use of a child's image, both by third parties and his legal representatives. In particular, in support of his point of view, the author appeals to judicial practice on the publication of a child's image by third parties with the disputed fact of the consent of the legal representative of the minor.
