Judicial bankruptcy of citizens: the rights of the debtor against the interests of creditors

The article analyzes various forms of restriction of the rights of citizens-insolvent debtors in connection with the conduct of bankruptcy proceedings against them, as well as the main purpose of this restriction is to satisfy creditors’ claims. The author focuses on the need to achieve a balance between these two groups of interests.
