Litigation as a way to ensure access to justice

Purpose: Research and analysis of legal representation as a means of ensuring access to justice. Methodology: The authors used a method of analysis and synthesis, formal-logical, comparative law. Results: We studied institute legal representation as a way of ensuring citizens’ access to justice. The activity of various entities providing services to legal representation, their measure of responsibility. It is proposed to study the experience of foreign countries in the context of limiting the range of persons providing services for legal representation.
