Judicial order of permission of labour disputes in Soviet state in 20th years of XX century: experience of legal regulation

This article is devoted to the questions of creation of system of judicial bodies under the permission of labour disputes in the Soviet state in the period of new economic policy. It is shown by the author that in the beginning of 20th of XX century the attempts to allocate labour justice in independent, functioning on special rules system were undertaken. However the idea of formation of Labour courts hasn't been embodied in practice. The legislator, having legalized labour sessions of national courts, has included them in the general system of justice, and labour disputes were considered by rules of civil process. Thus operating in 20th of XX century in a judicial order of the permission of labour disputes caused many censures owing to the complexity and discrepancy. In the work not only on negative, but the attention also is paid to positive experience in activity of labor sessions which can appear useful in moderun conditions.
