Judicial precedent in the legal system of the Republic of Armenia

The article is described the features of the proceedings in the Republic of Armenia. The value of judicial precedent which is introduced in the legal system of Armenia with the adoption of the Judicial Code is shown. It is concluded that a gradual increase of the role of judicial precedent appears to be irreversible and regular process.
