Court fine as another measure of a criminal-legal nature: current problems and issues of application

The article analyzes the problems that have arisen in theory and in practice in connection with the introduction of the institution of a court fine in the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The methodological basis of the work is general scientific and private scientific research methods: formal-legal, systemic, comparative-legal, etc. The purpose of the research is to develop proposals for improving the criminal legislation regulating the exemption from criminal liability with the use of a court fine.
