Suicide of minors as a form of deviant behavior in the conditions of modern society: measures of criminal responsibility

Introduction: the article is devoted to the issues of criminal responsibility for bringing suicide of minors, induction and assistance in this and the organization of activities to induce this criminal offense. Materials and Methods: the methodological basis of the study was made up of both general scientific and special methods of cognition: dialectical, comparative legal, formal logical (analysis and synthesis), as well as a statistical method, including the analysis of data on the state of suicide crime. Results: the author of the article reveals the state of the criminal situation with suicide, the results of the investigation and trial in criminal cases of this category; denotes, in his opinion, both the problems of qualification of this crime and preventive measures. Discussion and Conclusions: as a conclusion, the author points to the need to increase the effectiveness of law enforcement agencies in identifying and investigating suicidal crimes committed against minors, to improve the legislation of the criminal-legal complex for this purpose and, as one of the conditions, to intensify activities in this area. educational organizations, children's and youth social movements, raising the moral and social responsibility of the teaching community.
