Суицидальное поведение при резистентной депрессии. Часть I: распространённость, клиническая картина, бремя

Устойчивая (резистентная) к лечению депрессия (РД) сопряжена с более высоким риском суицидального поведения (СП), чем при поддающемся лечению депрессивном расстройстве, и СП следует рассматривать как её отдельный исход. Факторы риска СП при РД сходны с таковым в общем населении и служат факторами риска и/или утяжеляют социально-экономический груз РД.
