Устойчивая (резистентная) к лечению депрессия (РД) сопряжена с более высоким риском суицидального поведения (СП), чем при поддающемся лечению депрессивном расстройстве, и СП следует рассматривать как её отдельный исход. Факторы риска СП при РД сходны с таковым в общем населении и служат факторами риска и/или утяжеляют социально-экономический груз РД.

Suicidal behavior in resistant depression. Part I: prevalence, clinical picture, burden

Treatment-resistant depression (TRD) is associated with a higher risk of suicidal behavior (SB) than in depressive disorder prone to treatment, and SB should be considered as its separate outcome. Risk factors for SB in TRD are similar to those in the general population and serve as risk factors and/or contribute to the socioeconomic burden of TRD.
