For the purpose of the determination of suicidal ideas' intensity's dependence from various clinical characteristics of the depressive syndrome, 30 depressive patients (18 in-patient and 12 out-patient) had been surveyed by psychopathological and psychometric methods. As a result it has been determined that intensity of suicide ideas in depression is directly proportional to degree of its severity. The greatest intensity of suicide ideas was noted in psychogenic depression, on the second place for the given indication was exogenous depression, on the third - endogenous. From among clinical variants of the depressive syndrome highest suicidal risk was noted in delirious, anxious and depersonalizatious depressions. From among components of the depressive syndrome the most suicide-dangerous were anxiety and guilt.
