Risk of suicidality in the youth environment: the structure of the value-motivational sphere of the personality

The article deals with the current problem of the phenomenon of suicide from the standpoint of integrative, integrated and socio-psychological approaches. Considering suicide as a deep-seated act that brings a person closer to understanding the fundamental ideological attitudes of being, it is necessary to consider risk factors and prevention factors for the manifestation of suicide. In this context, the value-motivational sphere of the personality is discussed as a factor preventing the risk of suicide. In this regard, the value-motivational sphere acts as a strong personal resource for overcoming the negative impact of stressful situations, and, thus, preventing the risk of suicidal behavior.
