Suicide in circumpolar regions

The paper focuses on the extent and magnitudeof the problem of suicidal behaviours and thoughts from a circumpolar perspective - the variation acrossArctic States and their northern regions, the excess risk among some indigenous groups and their demographic characteristics. Much remains to be learned about the design and implementation of youth-focusedintervention programmes, especially in a circumpolar comparative framework.
