It's no secret that even with the growing demand the institution of surrogacy has not yet found support and development in German legislation. The need to change attitudes towards this problem is dictated by the time and aspirations of people, who face not only with health problems that don’t give them the possibility to become parents, but with unresolved legal conflicts that do not allow children born from a surrogate mother on the territory of other states to be recognized in Germany
