Surrogacy in modern demography

In case of some kinds of barrenness and other women's health disorders, surrogacy is the only possible way to realization of childbearing function. But its socio-economic, moral and legal consequences are ambiguous. Any actions under the programmes of surrogate motherhood cannot but infringe upon the interests and rights of both children born by surrogate mothers and their own children.
