Fundamental breach of the contract as one of the basis of its termination

In the proposed article, the peculiarities of termination of the contract on one of the grounds provided for in Art. 450 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The author studies the grounds, order, and possible legal consequences of termination of the contract from violations of its essential conditions. In addition, the criteria and factors affecting the determination of the materiality of violations are considered, the judicial practice on this issue is being investigated.
