Essential terms of the lease agreement for a land plot owned by the state or municipal authorities

The article is devoted to the study of the institute of essential conditions of the public land lease agreement. It reveals the legal nature and meaning of essential conditions, and classifies them. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the subject of this agreement, which is justified as an individually defined land plot. Such essential conditions as the amount of rent and conditions determined by the specifics of the legal regime of the leased plot are considered in detail. The author comes to the conclusion about the peculiarities of the institute of essential conditions of the public land lease agreement, determined by the combination of civil and land law, and emphasizes their imperative importance for the validity of this agreement.
