Existing technological problems lines for processing apples for dried fruits

The article is devoted to the description of the work of the existing technological line for sorting dried fruits. Represented stepwise algorithm of the process for the processing of apples on dried fruit. The article describes the existing problems in the processing of the product. A method for solving existing problems is proposed by introducing optical electronic equipment into production.
