The essence of state migration policy: goals, objectives and principles

Migration policy is an aid to solving demographic problems and related economic problems. While protecting the interests of its citizens, the Russian migration policy is implemented through the identification of possible types of migration, which is extremely important for the formation of a leading line in the concept of migration policy, which is always formed taking into account various factors. It is impossible to answer unequivocally to the question of which measures are included in the migration policy of the Russian state, since the measures are being developed applicable to the concept adopted by the state. The effectiveness of managing migration processes directly depends on the knowledge of the causes of regional migration of people within the Russian state. Therefore, they need to be considered clearly in the framework of the current policy.
