The article explores the concept of investment attractiveness and considers its key factors. Also, the author systematizes various approaches to the definition of this term and analyzes their features. In addition, the relationship between investment attractiveness, investment potential and investment climate is revealed. A broad and narrow interpretation of the term «investment attractiveness» is presented.
