The development and financial stability of any enterprise depends on many components. One of which is the formation and implementation of credit policy. The article examines the essence of the credit policy and its significance for the enterprise, the main components and stages of formation. It is determined that the effectiveness of the credit policy depends on the growth of the profitability of the enterprise and the acceleration of the turnover of accounts receivable, as well as financial stability.
