Factoring services (also known as invoice discounting, cash-flow finance, and key cash) are the new and promising segments of the financial market in the Russian Federation. Factoring includes a diverse range of services, which are part of the factoring deal. The paper offers analysis of this dynamic field and the multiple factoring mechanisms to provide methodological support for the factoring services.
