Essence and peculiarities of the principle "exclusions management in the project" by methodology Prince2

The essence and features of one of the seven principles of PRINCE2 methodology "Management of project exceptions" are disclosed in the article, the main components of exception management are highlighted, the structure of project management is presented on the basis of the "Management by exclusions" principle, each level of project management is described. For companies using this method, a real managerial effect is indicated.
