Essence and signs of natural human rights

In the legal literature, there has been an ambiguous interpretation of the concept of natural human rights. At the same time, there is no doubt that these rights are innate and stem from human nature. The concept under consideration is based on the natural theory of law, which, however, has a different interpretation due to the clearly insufficient development of relevant problems in the legal sciences. The article focuses on the essence and features of natural human rights.
