Essence and role of strategic management

The choice of strategy and its implementation constitute the main part of the content of strategic management. Many enterprises do not have a strategy for the development of their activities, and therefore are in critical condition. Such companies need to develop a strategy for the development of their activities and they should start, if not for long-term periods, then at least a year in advance.
