This article analyzes the nature and the content of the communicative function of the legal culture. The author proves that the importance of this issue is determined in many respects by the fact that the law as a social phenomenon evokes a particular attitude of people to it, which can be positive or negative. The author distinguishes and analyzes the main elements of the communicative function of the legal culture: parties of legal communication, objects (subjects), means, methods and results. It is concluded that there is a need for further development of the mentioned forms of realization of the communicative function of the legal culture due to the practical problems arising in the area under consideration.
