The essence and structure of industrial integrated structure innovation development mechanism

The article considers the problem of innovation development mechanism for integrated industrial structure. Approaches to render such terms as «innovation», «innovative development» and «innovation development mechanism» are studied. The principles which are the basis for mechanism of innovation entity development are considered in the article. Different approaches to design an innovation development mechanism of the company are analyzed. Recommendations for innovation development mechanism design for industrial integrated structure are given.
