The process of personnel adaptation is necessary for the formation of comfortable and high-quality working conditions. To this end, a whole set of procedures is carried out aimed at preventing difficulties that a new employee may face. This article examines the essence and types of the personnel adaptation process, as well as what difficulties a new employee may face in the course of his activity.
