The essence and interrelation of the system components transformation of the digital economy

The article examines the problems and trends of the digital transformation of the economyin the context of revolutionary changes in the technological sphere, the unstable state of a number ofnational economies and international trade. The theoretical and methodological basis of the researchincludes traditional ideas about technological development and its impact on global reproduction,conceptual provisions of the digital economy. As a result, the parameters of digital transformationassessment were identified, including an assessment of the availability of high-speed Internet, the potentialto reduce the cost of digital devices and the potential to reduce the marginal costs of traditional industries,an assessment of the degree of convergence and the speed of technology dissemination. It is shown thatthe key properties of the new economic policy are flexibility and specification in order to fine-tune thecombination of tools depending on the management object. Based on the analysis of the vectors ofdigital transformation, areas of high uncertainty have been identified that are potential sources of shockformation, such as the labor market, data control, security, and the environment. An idea has beenformed about the need to create conditions for the growth of companies that intensively use digitaltechnologies.
