Essence and value of personnel policy in governing bodies

The article considers the essence of personnel policy in the organization, presents three approaches to determining personnel policy in management bodies. Special attention is paid to personnel policy in state and municipal authorities. The characteristic of a component element of personnel policy is given. Tasks and principles of personnel policy in the organization are defined, important directions of personnel policy in state and municipal government bodies are specified.
