The essence of personnel planning and the problems of its implementation Moscow trade organizations

The article is devoted to the analysis of the approaches of leading Russian scientists to the definition of the concept “personnel planning”, its place and role in the system of strategic planning of an organization. In addition, the problems of personnel planning Moscow trade organizations are identified and the main measures for raising and strengthening human resources are considered.
