The article reveals the need to study the essence of the organization's personnel policy in the conditions of the modern economy and a dynamically changing world, highlights the characteristic features of modern personnel policy, the purpose of personnel policy in the form of ensuring high-quality personnel of the organization necessary for its most effective operation in a dynamically changing external environment, the tasks of personnel policy, external and internal factors that affect it, the main elements of personnel policy as a system. Such types of personnel policy as preventive type, passive type, active type, reactive type, rational type are studied. Special attention is paid to the study of personnel policy in crisis situations, and the tasks that are solved by the enterprise in the process of developing a personnel policy that is the most optimal and leads to maximum efficiency of the specified enterprise are also highlighted.
