The essence of the "just-in-time" method. Its adaptation in domestic food industry organizations

In an unstable market mechanism, the efficiency of commercial organizations is conditioned not only by the optimization of the production cycle, but also primarily by the rational organization of the procurement process. In this regard, we have clarified the definition and key objectives of the "Just-in-Time" method, which is an effective control loop. In recent years, the problem of overstocking most acutely affects the organization of the food industry. Taking into account this circumstance, in this article on the example of the domestic confectionery plant the adaptation of foreign methods of reducing procurement costs is made. The practical significance is determined by the successful approbation of the methodology and the identification of the economic effect.
