The article discusses the essence of optimization techniques such as Lean and Six Sigma, describes the capabilities of evaluation the effectiveness of the optimization technologies use, which could become the basis for a decision on their implementation in the company. This in turn could lead to better labour organization, increase the productivity of employees and have a significant economic effect.
