The essence of organizational reserves of enterprise development in market conditions

This study presents the essence of the organization of the personnel reserve, which showed that many employers, in principle, do not know what it is and how it functions. However, the modern needs of the labor market are increasingly drawing the attention of Russian employers to this recruitment mechanism. Of particular importance is the external personnel reserve when it comes to replacing leadership positions in the organization, when it is clearly visible that existing employees do not reach the required level of professionalism.
