Essence of law: social and philosophical approach

The conception of social and philosophical interpretation of the essence of law and the structure of legal conscience is discussed in the article. The law is revealed as a fact of social life having an anthropomorphic structure of existence and reflecting all variety of social relations by means of legal conscience. The high imperative force of the legal sphere of society in relation to behavior of people is substantiated. The description of the structure of legal conscience from a perspective of a leitmotiv of a valuable and standard component is given for the first time.
