The essence of the psychological profile of a social worker

The article deals with the essence of a psychological profile of a social worker. The psychological characteristics of social workers haven’t been studied thoroughly yet, since vocational training of social workers began only in the 1990s. The personal traits of social workers determine largely the efficiency and success of the social work.
