The essence of the development of relationships “coach-athletes” in the formation of sports success

In this paper, the role and essence of the formation of communicative relationships between an athlete and a coach are studied. The goal-setting aspect was the study of questions about the influence of communicative relations "coach-athlete" on the success of sports results in the works of different authors. At the same time, the analysis of literary, reference and documentary sources was used. The main features of the development of relations between a coach and an athlete are revealed, as well as possible trends in the development of the personality of athletes are considered.
