The simplified nature of the Russian proceedings

This article is devoted to consideration of the nature of simplified proceedings in civil trial and arbitration procedures of the Russian Federation. Through the analysis of the legislation the differences and similarities of action proceedings and simplified proceedings are identified. The author concludes that the simplified procedure is a modification of action proceedings.
