Essential globalization processes in law, as a form of objectification of legal freedom

In this article, defining globalization processes, as a trend of state-legal processes of contemporary history, guided by the concept of strengthening international law and the rule of law at national and international levels, the authors examine the concept and content of legal globalization through characterizing essential processes of reception, unification, universalization, standardization and harmonization of law, as forms of its objectification in terms of finding the optimum of legal freedom, as a state of legal system under which legal entities shall exercise their powers, within the scope of legal regulation whereas satisfying their legitimate interests to the full. With a glance to the absence of unanimity of views on the essence and content of legal globalization in modern legal science, the idea of a single scientific approach to essential globalization processes in law is updated.
