The article presents the socio-philosophical aspects of physical education which under the influence of external factors are filled with new content, reflecting the exceptional importance of the process of education of necessary for adaptation physical qualities to an ever-changing world. The processes of personality transformation reflect contradictions in the study of the rational and irrational in individual’s life which indicates an anthroposocietal approach. There are many concepts of modern sports in the scientific resources. The socio-cultural essence of physical education is reflected in the needs of society in specific forms and ways of communication and interaction of individuals, groups and communities In this regard, the essential characteristics of physical education are considered by the authors as «evaluation» of his body in terms of execution of motor actions associated with manifestation of speed-strength and psychological characteristics of a person necessary for the «construction» of the body and the "right relationship" development to their corporality.
