Essential characteristics of corporate culture and it’s impact on the activities of the organization

This article examines the problem of the influence of corporate culture on the activities of the organization. The main approaches to understanding of the corporate culture, functions and factors affecting to it are considered. The research has shown that the high level of corporate culture influences positively on the results of activity of the organization.
