The essential characteristics of inter-organizational relationships in innovative activities

Striving for the use of best practices, best knowledge, resources and capacitiesdetermines the development of cooperation and partnership in the innovationsphere. Inter-organizational relationships are one of the most effective mechanismsfor the formation of an innovative value chain. The author analyzed the viewsand approaches of Russian and foreign scientists to the definition of interorganizational relationships. The author highlights important characteristics of inter-organizational relations of innovative enterprises which inf luence the interrelations, actual actions and results of relations. The obtained results acquire particular relevance, when characterizing modern inter-organizational interactions in the field of scientific and technical integration of enterprises of high technology branches of machine building.
