Сут безлари маҳсулотларининг ҳужайравий компонентлари ва авлоднинг постнатал иммунитети

Сут безлари секретларида тирик она ҳужайралари мавжуд бўлиб, улар асосан лимфоцитлар, макрофаглар, нейтрофиллар ва эпителиал ҳужайраларидан иборатдир. Янги туғилган чақалоқларда уларнинг биологик аҳамиятлари ва функциялари ҳали аниқ белгиланмаганлиги сабабли, экспериментал маълумотлар тавсия этилган. Ушбу мақолада сут безлари секретларининг ҳужайра компонентлари ҳақидаги мавжуд маълумотлар кўриб чиқилади: уларнинг табиати, in vitro хусусиятлари, янги туғилган чақалоқларда in vivo таъсирини кўрсатади ва келажакда мумкин бўлган экспериментал ёндашувларни муҳокама қилади. Сут безлари секретларининг ҳужайравий таркибий қисмларининг асосий роли янги туғилган чақалоқлар маҳаллий иммунитетнинг ривожланиши билан ўзаро таъсир қилиш ва антигенлар таъсирига жавобан адаптацион ҳимоя-мослашув реакциялари ривожланаётган ушбу муҳим даврда, янги туғилган чақалоқ ичакнинг фаол иммунизациясини модуляция қилишдир (химоя, толерантлик, озиқ-овқат аллергияси) уларнинг келажаги учун жуда муҳимдир.
